Lesson 7 of 21Setup Initial Admin Passcode
An admin passcode is required to enter the settings menu on the device. Depends on whether you are using the Ora FacePass app via the mobile app online, or use the device completely offline. There are two ways to set this initial administrator passcode.
Important Notice
If you choose to use the Ora FacePass device offline, some features like video doorbell, access logs, alarms, remote lock/unlock, temporary passcodes will not be available.
Follow the steps listed below to set an initial administrator passcode in the Ora FacePass mobile app.

Select the Admin User
Select and enter "User Management" in the mobile app, and then select an user in the list with the "administrator" badge next to it.

Set Admin Passcode
On the User Credentials screen, tap the "Add" button in the password section, and then enter a desired 6-digit passcode.
