App Download

Make sure you have downloaded the Ora FacePass mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Create Ora FacePass User Account

   Open the App

   Launch the Ora FacePass app after installation.

   Tap "Create Account"

   Select the option to create a new account.

   Enter Your Email Address

   Use a valid email address you have access to.

   Get Verification Code

   Click on the "Send Code" button, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you provided in the previous step. Go to your email inbox, retrieve this code and enter the code correctly in the app. If you do not see a verification email in your primary inbox, please also check your spam folder, and mark the email as non-spam so you will not miss future system-related emails from us.

   Create Password

   Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters.

   Provide Consent

   If you agree to Ora FacePass Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, please check the agreement box.

   Create Account

   Click on the "Create Account" button to complete the new account registration.

Account Sign-in

There are two ways to log into your Ora FacePass account, either via a verification code or via account password.
