Add users and control access permissions.
Adding Users
You can add family members, employees, or guests to your Ora FacePass system with customized access levels.

Open User Management
Go to Settings > Users in the app.

Tap "Add User"
Enter the new user's email address.

Set Permission Level
Choose the appropriate access level for the user.

Send Invitation
The user will receive an email to join your home.
Permission Levels
| Level | Capabilities | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Full control, add/remove users, change settings | Homeowners |
| User | Unlock doors, view logs, manage own profile | Family members |
| Guest | Unlock assigned doors only | Regular visitors |
