Lesson 10 of 21Enroll Your Palm
In this section, we are going to guide you through the process of enrolling your right or left palm for secure and contactless access.
Follow the prompts in the mobile app or on the device to enroll your palm, hold your palm steady in front of the camera module at a distance of approximately 6-12 (15-20cm) inches away from the camera area of the smart lock.
Position your palm so it is fully visible to the camera, with fingers naturally spread and facing the camera module. Keep your hand still while the system captures the necessary data. You might be prompted to slightly adjust the position or angle of your palm.
Once the enrollment is complete, you will be prompted to assign a easily identifiable name to your palm profile. You may enroll both palms under your user profile for added convenience.
Palm Enrollment Tips
- Stand in a well-lit area
- Ensure your palm is dry and clean
- Ensure your palm is unobstructed by any objects
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure to the smart lock
